Set-Up and Tear Down

Service Description

This add-on package includes: *2 phone consultations to go over decor placement and floor plan for reception and/or ceremony venue *Set up of personal or rented decor at the agreed upon time. Personal decor are items including things such as centerpieces, card box, pictures, signage, and more *Tear down of personal decor at the agreed upon time. Tear down includes us tearing down all items used or rented, boxing back up at the end of the evening, and getting ready to be loaded into a friend or family member’s car that evening. Unless previously agreed upon at the extra price of $150, Believeland Weddings does not load decor into vehicles. Believeland Weddings also does not transport decor back to the coordinator’s home for overnight storage nor do we transport decor back to the rental company’s facility that evening or the next day. Believeland Weddings does not want to be responsible for any lost or damaged items during transport.
