Service Description

This package includes: *15-30 minute phone consultation *Customized online planner *Walk-through of reception venue and/or ceremony space with venue owner or coordinator for details meeting *Customized timeline for wedding day from start to finish *Assistance with creating walking order and going over music selections for the DJ or emcee for your event *Assistance with floor plan and layout for reception venue and/or ceremony space *Running of rehearsal *Running of ceremony and assistance with running of timeline for reception *Detailed list of decor that you may need for the ceremony and/or reception *Set-up and tear down of personal decor that is either being brought in or rented from an outside company (this also includes linens) *Unlimited communication from the time of booking to the end of the reception *120 day, 90 day, 60 day, and 30 day check-in calls *Customized itinerary for your wedding week *Confirmation of vendor contracts and services 1-2 weeks before the wedding day *Point of contact for vendors, wedding party, couple, parents, and guests in case an emergency arises that day *Preferred vendor booklet *Wedding day emergency kit A half down deposit is required to hold the date. A travel fee will be added for venues 50 miles away from our offices in Cleveland, Ohio. If a hotel is needed for the coordinator(s), that will be discussed at the time of the consultation call. Gratuity is not included, but is appreciated.
